FAQ

Where do you print your work?

Great question, this is pretty much a one woman show over here in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. I print all the art prints, greeting cards and notecards in house. And since I like to keep my sanity in check I outsource vinyl stickers.

Greeting cards and notecards are printed on matte cardstock. Art prints are printed on white fine art paper. I use a commercial grade printer and ink. Art prints meet archival standards which means they will stand the test of time.

Do you offer prints in larger or different sizes?

I can generally adjust the sizing on all my prints for custom/larger sizing. Please send me an email, blueyedmuseart@gmail.com, or use the contact page to find out more.

I like one of your greeting card designs. Can I have it printed on notecards or as an art print?

Yes! I can pretty much guarantee any design you see can be printed on any type of product that I offer. Please send me an email, blueyedmuseart@gmail.com, or use the contact page to find out more.

How do you ship your items?

Smaller items like greeting cards and stickers are sent via regular USPS letter mail unless a shipping upgrade is selected at checkout. If an item is sent via USPS letter mail there will be no tracking information sent to the buyer. If you require tracking it is best to select a shipping upgrade.

Art prints and originals are mailed via USPS Ground or a comparable option via UPS, FedEx or other carrier. These items generally arrive in 3-5 days and shipping information will be sent to the buyer when shipping email confirmation is sent.

Do your art prints and original art come framed?

Art prints are sold and shipped unframed at this time; however, all art prints have a small border around the edge and are very easy to frame yourself or taking them to a professional.

Some original work is only sold framed, i.e. 3D/pop-out work. All other originals are listed unframed but if you would like me to frame a piece for you we can arrange that. Please send me a message before placing an order.

Do you offer your products for wholesale to retailers?

Absolutely! If you have a brick and mortar store and think any of my products would be a good fit I would love to chat. Please send me an email at, blueyedmuseart@gmail.com, or send a message through the contact form on my site. I will be in touch within a few days.

I want to order a pet portrait, how does that process work?

Firstly, I would love to paint your pet! No matter what kind of pet it is. I try to make the process as easy and smooth as possible for you. I love when clients send a bunch of pictures of their pet(s). I require at least 1-2 photos where the coloring of your pet is accurate - think nice natural lighting. I enjoy painting your pets in quirky poses to really capture their personalities so any fun photos you have are welcome. I am also happy to paint pets together in one painting.

Once I receive your order and photos it generally takes me 1-2 weeks to finish your painting and send it out just based on my schedule. If you have further questions or would like to know my current schedule for pet portraits please send me an email, blueyedmuseart@gmail.com, or use the contact page on my site.

Do you accept returns?

Based on the nature of my products, I do not offer returns. If your item arrives damaged or you have a concern please do not hesitate to reach out.

Did you say "please contact me..." too many times during this FAQ?

Yes, I am so sorry. I didn't know how to avoid it.
